Ashley Horvat is a transformative leader with 15 years of experience in the eMobility industry, currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at 7Gen. She previously led Schneider Electric’s North American eMobility division, growing the business by 800%. Horvat has worked across the public and private sectors, co-founding the “Women of Electric Vehicles” organization and spearheading significant initiatives like the West Coast Electric Highway.

Shayna is a skilled communications and business development executive, experienced at developing partnerships and managing complex stakeholder projects. She represents 7 Generation Capital in working groups and associations like the Pembina Urban Delivery Sustainability Initiative, Electric Mobility Canada and Global Drive to Zero.

Fred brings an extensive background of 20+ years in sales and marketing with a focus in the energy transition, in Europe and North America, for companies such as Air Liquide, Messer, and Électricité de France. He was recently Managing Director of a boutique consulting firm and has managed several business units.

Mark works with financial institutions to advance 7Gen’s EV-as-a-Service model, creating sustainable solutions that drive business growth. With a diverse background across multiple industries, including venture capital, blockchain, and natural resources, Mark brings valuable insight and creativity to his role. His innovative mindset and passion for problem-solving ensure 7Gen continues to deliver impactful solutions in a rapidly evolving marketplace.

An accomplished COO with over 20 years of experience leading companies in the technology, automotive, and real estate industries. He has a proven track record of driving growth, increasing profitability, and improving operational efficiency in both large and small organizations.

Gabriela is an experienced Energy Engineer with a background in renewable energies, developing R&D projects in North America for Eaton eMobility and Schneider Electric Solar. She manages 7 Generation Capital projects by helping businesses deploy electrification projects at scale to reduce carbon emissions.
